Good morning. Today’s Bible verse is Romans 3:18: “There is no fear of God before their eyes.”
People often ask, “Why is the world in chaos? Why are there wars, murders, and mayhem?” The answer lies in the sinfulness of the human heart. Society has lost its sense of sin before a holy and righteous God. When individuals and society as a whole forget who God is and where they stand in relation to the God of the Bible, they inevitably descend into chaos, debauchery, and all forms of wickedness. I encourage you to take a few minutes to read Romans 3:9-18 and understand God’s view of mankind.
Dear brothers and sisters, the solution to the madness and the only hope for individuals who are spiritually dead, separated from God, and held in bondage by their sinful hearts is found in the gospel of grace. For we know as believers, the message of the gospel of grace is the power of God unto salvation, bringing spiritual life and a renewed relationship with Him. We, who were once lost and separated from God, followed our own evil desires like everyone else. However, through the regeneration of the Holy Spirit and the cleansing power of the Word, we who have believed and experienced God’s grace revealed in our lives have been transformed, making us members of Christ’s body, enabling us to say no to sin and yes to God.
Therefore, our mission as ambassadors of the Body of Christ is to share the hope of God’s message of reconciliation with a world held in bondage by sin and alienated from Him. Even though the majority of mankind will reject it, God calls us to stand firm and boldly proclaim the gospel of grace. We don’t know who will believe, but some will, so though the world seems hopeless, there is hope for the individual. Let’s provide hope with the gospel of grace.
