Good morning. Today’s Bible verse is Ephesians 4:7: “But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift.”

In his letter to the believers in Ephesus, Paul emphasizes one of his central themes: the unity of the Body of Believers. He teaches that all believers—both those in Ephesus and those throughout the age of grace—are united in the Body of Christ. This unity calls each member to support and care for one another actively.

Paul assures believers that they are not left on their own to achieve this unity and support. Christ, our Savior, has generously bestowed grace upon each of us. Together with the Father, Christ has sent the Holy Spirit to distribute spiritual gifts. These gifts are intended for use within the Body of Believers, enabling every member to contribute effectively. (see 1 Corinthians 12; Romans 12).

Dear brothers and sisters, as members of the Body of Christ, let us make it our priority to use these gifts to strengthen one another. We should focus on what is best for each other and dedicate ourselves to building each other up in love. By doing so, we present a unified message to the world and represent Christ faithfully, teaching the gospel of grace through our actions and words.

How are you using your unique gifts to uplift and empower the community of believers?
